November 17, 2003 at the meeting of Thesis Committee under the Vologda State Milk-Economy Academy named after N.V.Vereschagin (Vologda) the graduate student of ARSCC CEMI RAS Bakaeva Elena Alexandrovna successfully defended her Candidate thesis in Economics. The subject was ‘Intensification of transformation of population money savings into investment’. The research supervisor: N.A. Pakholkov, Doctor of Economics, Professor, pro-rector of the Vologda State Technical University.
