In order to complete its scientific and organizational tasks ISEDT RAS pays a special attention to the development of proper labor conditions for the research associates and the provision of corporate culture.
Working schedule of the staff is regulated by the internal labor rules and regulations.
For the control of working time utilization an electronic system of access to the Institute’s buildings and laboratories has been organized.
In accordance with the current legislation the Institute provides the conducting of special assessment of work places. At present all work places in the Institute are recognized as safe.
Collective agreement of ISEDT RAS – the notifying registry was conducted on January 17, 2011 (the prolongation of the collective agreement from December 25, 2013 till December 25, 2016 – the notifying registry was conducted on December 27, 2013).
